On April 25, 2010 we not only were on the beautiful garden island of Kaua’i but also enjoyed the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”: Waimea Canyon. Although many people think that this attribute origins from Mark Twain it’s obvious he couldn’t have said this: Mark Twain never had been to Kauai’i.

But we’ve been there two times so far. We don’t know the saying’s origin but it’s true!
