Aloha Friday Photo: Groth Winery in Napa Valley

I know it’s been a long time that I didn’t post here on Hawaii Twentyten. And it’s already Saturday in Germany and even in Hawai’i. But here you go with another Aloha Friday Photo:

I took this photo in September 2007 in the Groth Winery (on Facebook) in the Napa Valley. We had plans for vacation in France but we missed to care in time for a cottage. So in summer there only were expensive cottages left to rent. And after all it would take us about 12 hours to go there by car.

Without deeper thougt I told the best wife of all wives “That prices and that travel time… we could even travel to San Francisco…”. So we spent one week in San Francisco and one week in Napa Valley. One day we went to Groth Winery for a wine tasting and I took this picture of oak barrels.
